Cannot see service provider from dropdown menu

  • Hello,
    I am using the free version (I have bought the basic paid version, but the company has yet to send me the email with a link to the actual downloadable file!!! and nobody is answering my emails!! = SCAM

    Anyway the issue is that despite defining services and attributing them to a service provider, at the frontend the service provider does not show up from the drop down menu… anyone have a similar issue or know a solution??

    The author cannot help you here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
