Cannot see subscribers in back office

  • Hi,
    We recently migrated to a new WordPress installation and template (Gantry5). We have about 250 subscribers whom I can see in the database, but they are not showing in the backoffice, even when I click StCR/ Manage subscriptions/ view all the subscriptions.
    Any ideas?
