Cannot see the images other admins are uploading

  • I have a directory site running wpml. Every time another admin or other user is uploading an image I (the master admin let’s say) cannot see those images in my media library. The user that uploaded the image can see them all.

    I understand it is a permissions issue but HOW can I fix it?
