You can find this report by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. This report will give us details about your site environment, which will help us investigate further.

    Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to assist you.

    Based on our investigation, it seems that the issue is likely related to the theme. When we inspected your single product page, we noticed that the product is set to display: none;. When this setting is disabled, the product appears as expected.

    To further investigate, we recommend switching to a default WooCommerce theme, such as Storefront, to see if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur with the default theme, it confirms that the issue is theme-related.

    In that case, please provide us with the theme files so we can proceed with our investigation. You can zip the theme directory and share the files via this link.
