Cannot see the theme and plugin editor option

  • Hey, I am using WordPress 4.8.1 and I am using the default WordPress twenty seventeen theme on my website. But for some reason, I can see that my website is not showing the theme editor option and the plugin editor option under the Appearance and plugin menu, So I am not sure how to get them back. Can anyone help?
