Cannot see the theme I have activated.

    I am a novice at this but I can follow directions quite well. My problem is that everyone can see the theme I have activated for my blog site, but me. The only item that shows up on my site for me the text, text colors, and my phto bin addition to some widgets. Nothing else; nada!
    Can you please help me.
