Cannot see the users being added to both sites

  • I tried to connect to 2 different sites, with different databases, it connects, both remotes are connecting, shared login and logout are checked but the users are not allowing to login on both remote sites, I tried also a live sites, one with pro version, the other one is a free version, but after creating a user on the site with pro version plugin, the other one is not automatically creating a user (which I know when you use the plugin it will automatically add user on both ends right?)

    please clarify this as I am not into deep programming.

    Sorry for the late response.
    Could you please reconfirm if the access token, secret key, and secret IV are the same on both sites.
