Cannot select new header image

  • When I try to select a new header image it takes me to the media library/choose image page. I select the image and then click the only available button “Select and Crop”, the choose image page just goes totally white and nothing happens.

    Even if I select the default image, it does not show up on the site. My footer is all screwed up too. This all happened after a theme update a while back.

    You can try to activate the parent theme, deactivate all your plugins except Sydney Toolbox and Page Builder by SiteOrigin, and see if it helps. Also please make sure that the Sydney Toolbox plugin is updated.
