Cannot send email to client

Sending email notification to client (after succesfull model upload) does not work.
Sending email to admin does work. (Strange?) I have Easy WP SMTP installed, senging test email from EWS works well. Any ideas why plugin cannot send email notification to client after model upload? Any help will be much appreciated.
