    I have a WooCommerce website where I’ve integrated the WC Messaging plugin. Once a customer places an order and completes it, the order summary is supposed to be shared with them via WhatsApp. However, the WhatsApp message is not being sent.

    Hello @palani202001 ,

    When creating new templates in Facebook settings, our plugin currently supports custom message templates only. In the premium version, you can also send flows. However, Facebook recently introduced the “Order Status” and “Order Details” templates. These features are not yet included in our plugin, but support for them is planned in future updates.

    Please note: When creating new templates, ensure you select variables as numbers rather than names. Named variables are not supported at this time. Number-based variables are supported in both the free and pro versions?of?our?plugin.
