    Orders import from Woo to Shipstation without issue. When marking the order as shipped in Shipstation and making sure to notify marketplace, I get the following error:

    IntegrationError: WooCommerce encountered an error and responded with StatusCode Moved. Content: <html> <head><title>301 Moved Permanently</title></head> <body> <center><h1>301 Moved Permanently</h1></center> <hr><center>nginx</center> </body> </html>

    This prevents orders from getting tracking information and marking them as completed automatically. Any suggestion on where to start? I do have logging enabled.

    The error message you’re seeing typically indicates a redirection issue. It might be that the URL ShipStation is trying to access has been moved or changed. Here are a couple of things you can try:

    1. Double-check your website store URL in shipstation’s settings to ensure it’s correct and up-to-date.
    2. Ensure that your website has no redirection plugins or settings that could interfere with ShipStation’s access.

    If the issue persists, checking the logs for any additional error messages or clues could be helpful. You can find these under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Thank you for the reply. I solved it by essentially configuring the integration again using the key and site URL. This seems to have resolved the communication from Shipstation back to WooCommerce.
