Cannot set an internal link in Gutenberg to pages excluded from search

I noticed that once I exclude a page from search, I can no longer link to that page from other pages using the Gutenberg link module. I guess it’s using the same search to find the page you want to link to.

Is there any way to disable the search exclusion for logged in users? Or any other solution to still be able to make internal links easily to those pages that are excluded from search?
