Cannot set season for rates

    Hi all,

    I’m having an issue where I cant set rates due to the dropdown box for the seasons not working, I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin but encountered the same issue. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

    Hi @axiomweb,
    Thanks for contacting us. It is not a typical problem. Make sure that seasons are public and pulished. Also, check if you have a PHP version from 5.6 to 7.3. You can check the current PHP version at Tools > Site Health.
    And finally, you may disable all third-party plugins to find out if the issue is caused by conflict of one of the third-party plugins.

    Thanks for your response, it was due to the seasons not saving correctly, although I clicked publish they didn’t for some reason. deleted them and recreated them and it worked straight away.
