Cannot set Taxonomy filters

When I instantiate the widget using any of the layout builders:
1. themify themes
2. Ultimatum Theme builder
I cannot see the taxonomy options for Category, tags, or ids
Essentially I lack seeing what is circled here:

Please help. There are two free themify themes (e.g. itheme2) that have the builder where you can drag widgets into the bilder area below the main content – very cools stuff
