Cannot set the frequency anymore

I set a new modify rule and the frequency was blank. I couldn’t modify it.
That said, this plugin just helped me get my cpu under control. Thanks!

Well, to fix the slider for modify the frequency is:
setting.php, line 30, after register style, add this code:
wp_enqueue_style( 'slider_ui' );

I added that code and thankfully the slider now appears – thank you @jinbatsu!
But the settings still won’t save.
I try to disable or modify the heartbeat, checking all locations, but the settings just go right back to default as soon as I save.

As of 1.2.1, this issue should be fixed.
