I’ve just created a new site and installed Jetpack and connected it to my WordPress account. I’ve set up some features, but as soon as I choose “Start publicising now” from the dashboard, I go to the “All my sites” Stats page instead of having the site selected, and can’t see anywhere to set up the connections.

I’ve tried clearing the browser cache which was my first thought, and have tried logging in to the backend using both WordPress.com and my login credentials. It’s the same with all of them.

Are there known conflicts with Elementor?

    Hi @loiswakeman,

but as soon as I choose “Start publicising now” from the dashboard, I go to the “All my sites” Stats page instead of having the site selected,

That’s odd. I’d be curious to know what page you’re seeing that on. Is it on the dashboard at WordPress.com, or in your own wp-admin? And, if you don’t mind copying the link that it points to and sharing that here, along with a screenshot, that would be helpful too.

But you can navigate to Publicize options on your own if you’d like. To do that, head to WordPress.com. Click on My Sites. You might need to click “Switch Site” and select the site you’re referring to. Then click on Tools > Marketing, and click the Connections tab. If that isn’t working for you either, please let us know.

Hi Supernovia – thanks for the reply. The URL of the ‘start publicising now’ button in my wp-admin/Jetpack/My plan dashboard is https://wordpress.com/marketing/connections/lymebayarts.co.uk
    but that immediately redirects to
    https://wordpress.com/stats/day

    like this screen shot

Ah! – I followed your other workaround and that’s given the answer (my user error) – I hadn’t turned the sharing module on in the Settings first <blush/>. As there was no error message getting there the other way, it wasn’t obvious what was going on. An error message at the point you press the button would be helpful ??

Thanks again for prompting the solution…
