Cannot set widget Order in Side Bar- Vigilance

I just activated the Vigilance theme on my blog (www.mscheevious.com), and somehow even after adding my side bar widgets, there is a “Recent Articles” widget (which I did not add, but don’t mind – if only I can move it) that posts at the top. I would like to resolve this through the dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets, if possible… otherwise I have to get help with this on the programming side, as I am not a programmer.

I can see in the source code that there is a Recent Articles widget. How can I move this down below my Mail Chimp widget (I’d like the first thing people see to be their oppty to register for the email list)… when Recent Articles is not showing in my side bar of widgets?
