    I’m still continuing to test this plugin out and found another item to follow up on…

    On the front-end for a user checking their ticket manager; clicking on the View Reply only appears to show the latest reply from an agent. As an agent, I did 2 replies, but if the button to “Load More” is there to show these, it’s not working; only the most recent reply is displayed. I click on the Load More and I get the loader showing, but it does not load the other replies.

    UPDATE: Nevermind, I realized the Customer Settings under the General tab, was set to only show 1.
