Cannot show subpages of subpages

Missions (470) –> Summer Missions (2625) –> Summer Missions 2013 (2628) –> Several Pages
At the bottom of the page I have the following shortcodes.

[pagelist child_of=”2628″]The first two work (producing the same results), the second two produce nothing.

Am I doing something wrong?
