Cannot skip final review page

    Hello,

    I recently upgraded to version 1.1.7.5 of the Paypal for Woocommerce plugin, and am no longer able to skip the final review page during Paypal Express checkout. I have both shipping and tax disabled in Woocommerce, and I have checked the “Skip Final Review” box on the Paypal Express Checkout settings page. Despite this, however, upon checkout from Paypal, customers are consistently redirected to a “Review Order” page on our end, where they must accept terms and conditions and then click a “Place Order” button.

    Can anyone offer advice on how to restore the ability to skip the “Review” page and instead proceed directly from Paypal to the “Order Received” page?

    I’m running WordPress 4.3.1 and Woocommerce 2.4.10.

    The reason it’s forcing that is because of the terms and conditions. That’s something we added to resolve the fact that people could get through checkout without agreeing to your terms before (if skipping the review page was enabled).

    So the way it’s setup now is that if you do have a Terms and Conditions page set in WooCommerce then regardless of the skip setting you have it will always force the review page. This is to ensure your buyers will agree to your terms.

    If you want to be able to skip the review page you’ll need to remove the terms and conditions so that people don’t have to agree to that.

    Yes, makes perfect sense. I just removed the Terms and Conditions page and retested, and it works as is did prior to the upgrade.
