    Hi,

    Problem 1

I placed an example video at the bottom of the page in the link. On mobile devices, there is no progress bar and no ability to skip around in the video. That feature is less than 1/2 centimeter long, so it’s unusable. When you click full screen, same problem in portrait. In full screen landscape, you can skip around in the video.

    Problem 2

There is no option to enable video captions.

    Problem 3

I added the channel ID in settings, but the subscribe button does not show in videos.

    Thanks

I was referring to the subscribe button, but maybe I was wrong. Were you saying that it works for YouTube videos now in the free version, as of recently in a new update?

    Hello there,

I was referring to Youtube subscribe button that it is now available on Presto Player settings under Integrations. Here is the screenshot – https://d.pr/i/Mym7T2

I updated the plugin and re-saved the channel ID in Integrations. There is still no subscribe button, even after clearing cache.

    Hi There,

    Mobile View
We are going to need to add some mobile options here that includes hiding controls on mobile for a better experience.

There is no option to enable video captions.
This is a YouTube limitation. The Youtube iFrame API does not allow us to show/hide captions, and we cannot overlay our own captions over Youtube. Self-hosted and bunny.net providers allow captions, however.

I added the channel ID in settings, but the subscribe button does not show in videos.
It looks like you are using the “course” preset, which will not display the Youtube subscribe banner. If you want to display this, you need to use the “Youtube” preset, or create your own custom preset, which is available in Pro.

    Any questions, let me know.
