Cannot Sort, Expand/Collapse Missing

I just updated your plugin, and now I cannot (as admin) reorder pages and the expand/collapse buttons next to the pages are missing. I’m not syncing a menu; I’m just using the plugin to visually sort the pages in an easy-to-read manner. This was all available and working before the recent update. Am I missing something?
