Cannot sort our menu

  • We inherited control of our company’s website which was originally built years ago, and it seems that quite a few people have been working on this over the years, adding who knows what plugins so it seems a bit of mess (to me anyway) and now impossible to edit given my limited tech knowledge.
    For the life of me, I can NOT change the top menu bar where we have Summer Tours, About Us, Winter Tours, Contact US etc. We have tried to make custom menus as per the many youtube videos and webpages with instructions on how to do this, but they don’t appear or have any effect on the menu that appears in that top banner of our website.
    Can somebody tell me where the source of this menu is, ie how can the order be changed, or turned into something we can edit?

    Looking at your site, you use generatepress theme.

    I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/generatepress/ so the theme’sdevelopers and support community can help you with this.
