Cannot Specify Who Can Use Plugin with Advanced Access Manager

I am using Advanced Access Manager to create a custom role group, I need this to restrict rights to parts of the backend. With the custom role group that user cannot see the Import CSV option on the backend and there is no permission box for this within Advanced Access Manager. Any help would be appreciated!
