The site is live and Wordfence is functioning fine in all its other functions, except it cannot start the scan.

I have checked and I am not blocking IP’s or anything like that.

    The error is:
“wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: 200 OK
This additional info may help you diagnose the issue.”

    Thanks all for your help

    Hi @danielepais

Sorry to hear that your scans aren’t starting.

The 200 response code for that error message is unusual.

I would like to have a look at your Wordfence diagnostics report. Please go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page. There will be a “SEND REPORT BY EMAIL” button to send the diagnostics report. Enter phil [at] wordfence [dot] com as the email and @danielepais as the forum username please.

Once you have emailed me the diagnostics report can you reply here to let me know that it has been sent. This is important in the unlikely event that your installation of WordPress is having an issue with sending mail.

    Thank you.

    Hi @danielepais,

Since I haven’t heard back from you I am assuming that you have resolved your issue so I am marking this topic as resolved.

If however, for whatever reason, you are still experiencing this issue and it is not resolved please respond to the post, which moves it back up the queue, and mark this topic as “not resolved”.

    Thank you.
