Cannot stop CSV importing the same tax rate over and over again!

    Hi there, I reeeeeally hope you can help.

    So I went to upload a CSV of tax rates to my WooCommerce shop and the page said ‘loading’ for ages when there was only a couple of rows in the csv. I pressed cancel in the browser and now I cannot stop the site from adding the same row of data in to the site no matter what I do! Please help as it just adds thousands to the database until wordpress has a critial error. I’ve tried deleting all the tax rates in the status and tools area but it just adds them over and over again.

    Seems like the CSV is being imported over and over again? How do I stop this from executing?
