Cannot switch it off temporarily

    Hi
    I have this plugin setup on my multisite – all my subsites have the same Admin user whilst im in maintenance mode. I want to switch 2fa off for this user and just leave it on the primary site controlled by me also as Network -Admin.

    Please see this screenshot of the 2fa settings network page and let me know why these settings aren’t turning 2fa off for standard ‘Administrator’ accounts and just leave it on for my primary (which it does). Its STILL presenting me with the 2fa challenge code when i login to any subsites. Whilst im not live its a real nuisance having to go through this 2fa process each time i switch subsite whilst already logged in to a subsite as the same Administrator!

    Hi, Just to update this query – the settings shown in the screenshot actually remove 2FA from the main site (logging in as Network-Administrator) but STILL asks for the 2FA challenge code on ALL the subsites controlled by the same, single Standard Admin!! ?? Crazy? Not sure what’s going on. The plugin doesn’t seem to work well on MultiSites.

    I am sorry to read you are encountering such issues. However, rest assured we will solve them. Unfortunately though we do not have access to the screenshot and cannot understand exactly what the issue is.
