Cannot sync variable products to tiktok

I’m trying to use Tiktok for Woocommerce?https://woocommerce.com/products/tiktok-for-woocommerce/ Version 1.3.0

My variable product listings are not syncing. I have raised support requests, visited forums and cannot find anything that fixes this problem. I have even tried reconnecting. It just does not work.

So when I access the TikTok Shop from woocommerce I can see that there are 30 products that are not ‘uploaded’ each of these is a variable product. At the top of the screen there is a warning message

You have uploaded products not mapped to WooCommerce on TikTok Shop. Map the products as soon as possible to prevent issues. Map now

So I click on Map Now and it brings me back a list of each of the variations for the 30 products. I click on one to map it and it asks me to search woocommerce products by SKU. I try the variation SKU and the Product SKU – both come up with no products at all so I am unable to map any of them.

Things I have tried:

• Only putting SKUs against the variations not the product
• Putting SKUs against the variations and the product
• Using shorter SKU’s
• I search in WooCommerce Products for either the product or the variation SKU and they appear in the results so they are definitely there

The problem is 100% only with the variation listings. These variation listings are synced using plugins to google, etsy and ebay with no problems at all. There are no other errors.

I have contacted TikTok Support and Woocommerce support and they do not know – they send me a link to the documentation on how to set up the shop which has no information about variations only simple products

I can happily give tech support a login to the site and examples if someone can help me to fix this problem Thank you
