Are you saying that only one string is not showing up, but all others are working?

That’s the one I noticed wasn’t being translated, at least.
I manually translated four strings that needed translation on Customizr and they showed up perfectly afterwards. I also translated a couple of strings on a plugin and it worked too.

This one was already translated by someone else on Customizr, but the english text “Authors Archive” is still showing up on my blog list instead of spanish “Archivo del Autor”

If some are loading and some are not, then most likely the fault is in the theme.

Well, I directly edited class-content-headings.php searching for the title and it didn’t change either. I’m out of ideas :/

Hi, I’m having the same issue. Some buttons don’t translate, like read more or reply. I installed Loco and it says the translation is 100%, and it shows proper translation, so I don’t know what to do. I tried manual changes and no results either.

@lilianna_antipikal is your issue with the same theme and the same phrases? If not, please open your own ticket.

Sorry for the late reply. I couldn’t fix the issue so instead I added an author page to my Child theme.

The theme I’m using is the up-to-date Customizr.

It seems that the “Author Archives :” string is used as part of the customisable theme settings. From admin menu: Appearance > Customize > Content: etc.. > Post lists: etc.. > Archive Titles

It seems possible that your translations are coming from customized settings that were saved as English and so not getting overridden by the translation file.

That’s my best guess. Try changing them and see what happens.

    Did this solve your problem?
Did you find your unchanging strings saved in the custom theme settings?

I found the settings you mentioned and they were correctly translated to spanish. The Customizr version was updated since I started this thread and these are new features that I assume would solve the problem I was having. However, I cannot confirm this, since the author archives page was replaced by the author bio’s page in my child theme, with a custom title.
