Cannot translate event if date and time formats differ in translation language

    Love this plugin, and have been using it for a while. Recently, I noticed a glitch when trying to translate Event Organiser events with Polylang (free version).

    Steps:
    * Go to Languages > String Translations, and customize the “date_format” and “time_format” for the translation language
    * Go to Events > Events
    * Translate an existing event by clicking on the “+” icon next to the translation language flag
    * Select a date and time
    * Click on “Publish” to save the translation

    Result:
    * An error message says the event date was not saved.

    Workaround:
    * Ensure the date and time formats are identical in the orignal language and in the translation language

    Would it be possible to allow saving event dates in different formats across languages?
