Cannot turn off comments

I am still trying to resolve this issue and realized these are NOT the comments that are controlled by the “Options” these are Post Comments – which I have turned off globably on my website.

The comment entry screen is located below the Submit button.

How do I prevent your internal page from giving the users an option to leave comments, if you are not checking the global veriable?

This comment section is coming from either theme or other plugin. Please look for the appropriate setting in the theme to turn this off. Otherwise, you can use custom CSS to hide this section.

Hi Kriti,
I am also having the same issue.
On the plugin setting the comment section is turned off.
But I keep getting this “Comments Entered” doesn’t if the answer is right or wrong. Please advise how can I send you the screenshot.

How can I get disable/hide this? This seems to be bug within the plugins.
Can you please advise the solution?

No, the problem is definitely coming from this plug-in. It only happens on the QUIZ page that is generated by accessing the quiz shortcode. It does not happen anywhere else on the website.

The comments section is coming from theme and not from QSM plugin. Please use the following CSS code to disable the comments section:

.postinfo, #comments{
display: none;
}

Oddly enough it was none of these. In the “Post Settings” on each quiz, the default when a new quiz is created is to allow comments, so it isn’t checking the global settings for the site. Now that I know where it is I can fix it going forward.
