Cannot turn off email notifications

Hello! I am getting “preload may have stalled” emails sent to an old email account (that is no longer being actively used/checked).
1. The plugin is set (PRELOAD tab) to “no emails” already. Any advice?
2. I cannot figure out how to set the email address for these notifications. I have checked my WordPress account and it only appears to have our new email address listed. I have also checked our hosting company account and it also appears only to have the new email address listed. (Sending the messages to the old email address is triggering a lot of out of office/cannot accept message loops.) I would like any email notifications to go to our new email address.
