    Hello,

I cannot turn off the customized message “ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect. Lost your password?” and I cannot translate it via Loco Translate, even though it is translated to PL language in the WP translation project.

I have already turned off the option “Don’t let WordPress reveal valid users in login errors” as already suggested in some other thread, but it doesn’t help, the message is still the same.

If this can’t be fixed, I cannot use this plugin any longer unfortunately, even though it is great in any other way. I can see that the “translation” issue is coming up already since a few years, it’s honestly a shame it hasn’t been properly done until now.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @wiechciu,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, we haven’t enabled translations yet. We hope to have translations available in a future release. I’m sorry that I don’t have more information for you, but I will certainly share your feedback with our development team.

As for turning off the custom error message, does your default login page (wp-login.php) have the same issue? We checked it to see the error, but it was translated for us. The message at the top says that you have 3 attempts remaining; that’s not Wordfence functionality. Do you have another login security plugin activated and Wordfence deactivated?

If running two security plugins at once, the other plugin might be restricting Wordfence’s ability to suppress the error message. The WooCommerce plugin or Dokan Lite plugin might be doing that, too.

    Thanks,
    Tiffany
