Cannot Uncheck ‘Test’ Mode

I understand that you are unable to disable WooPayments test mode, is that correct?

Please clarify if the checkbox below is the one that you are unable to click on your end:

This screenshot was taken on my test site which is using the the latest version of the WooPayments plugin and is working as expected on my end.

As a first step, can you please check that Dev mode is not enabled? You can check this by following the support guide below:

• How to disable WooPayments Dev Mode

If Dev mode is not enabled, please can you check if this issue persists in various browsers, or if it is isolated to a specific browser?

Also, can you check for any browser console errors that may be displayed on the page and share these with us here. ?You can read more about?using your browser console to identify errors here.

Additionally, please can you share the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
• Fatal Error log:?Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

Thank you - the site is indeed in Dev Mode (see screenshot) and I cannot uncheck that box.

I couldn't find the Dev Mode line in my wp-config.php file (I did a command-F search) so could not disable that way.

There are no Fatal Error Logs.

That’s interesting. By default, WooCommerce Payments’ dev mode can only be set by that particular line in wp-config.php. Is there no line at all that includes the term WCPAY_DEV_MODE ?

If you have multiple wp-config.php files, then you may be looking at the wrong one. Can you check any other ones you have to see if that line might be in there?
