Cannot understand how to load new Header Banner with Custom template

  • Hello I need some help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I have got as far as i can with my site and another guy helped me out with most. I want to load a new header graphic to my website but i think I must load in into my file and then go from there I am not familiar with wordpress and have almost lost all my hair pulling it out trying to do such. Can anybody lend me a hand here? I know everybody’s time is valuable but I really need the help this is for a Radio Station and I need to get up and running soon so I can start making money.

    The theme you are using is an Artisteer theme – and they are not supported here – because we do not know how they work. You can possibly find help on the Artisteer forums here:

    Or consider using a theme that is supported here – in which case we could help you. There are lots of good choices here: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/

    Yes true but is code not code though? I mean it should be easy to go in and change the header code somewhere but I cannot even find that on my regular site… I really do not even understand how word press works to be honest and am hoping it all come out right. But I will take a look at the links you gave me thank you for your help very much. I appreciate your time
