Cannot Uninstall or Deactivate

    When going to the Plugins page, the plugin does not show up or give me the option to deactivate or uninstall. How do you remove this plugin without breaking the site?

    It seems to have been a client side caching issue that prevented the plugin from showing up on the list. Busting the cache caused the plugin to show up.
