Cannot unzip files – Archive Corrupt – Help !!

I have used this program for 3 years to backup files and store them locally.
My site got hacked and now I’m trying to unzip the files locally.
I have tried with WinRar and IZarc and I get multiple errors that the archive is corrupt.
please point me in the right direction.
