    trying update the product catalog after install. I get an error: Unbekannter Fehler. Bitte best?tigen Sie Ihre Eingaben und versuchen es erneut.
    Already checked if WP Cron runs: there is no problem.
    What can I do? Thank you for support.

    Could you please e-mail us your PHP error log to [email protected] so that we can take a better look? Do you also know if your web host is blocking ports 443 and 8443?
