Cannot Update

I am running the current version of Filebase (Version 0.2.9.37 ). I am no longer able to update and add files to the library after uploading them. The “Add File” or “Update” button inactivates as soon as I upload the file attachment. So the button is not clickable, and I am unable to complete the process to add the file.
