cannot update Database beyond 2.1.17-alpha

    I get a warning that the database needs updating to 2,6, but when I go to the update page and hit run , I get a successful message.

    The problem is the upgrade never happens. I’m still left at 2.17 alpha.

    Tried many times with the same results.

    Any help appreciated
