Cannot update donation page after creation (new install)

    I installed givewp on my site.
    When creating a donate page all is fine and the settings I choose work fine.
    But when trying to update a page nothing happens at all when clicking update and the donate page does not get updated… when loading the console in chrome I’m getting 2 errors.
    1. “An invalid form control with name=’_give_new-donation_recipient[0][email]’ is not focusable.
    And 2. “An invalid form control with name=’_give_new-offline-donation_recipient[0][email]’ is not focusable.”
    I cannot update any donation pages.
    I enabled safe mode (which disabled all plugins besides GIVEWP) and it still would give me the same error…

    I am on WP 5.2.2 and on giveWP version 2.5.4

    I’ve tested this on a site we have here, and I’m unable to replicate this issue. We also haven’t had any other reports of this happening, which leads me to believe this is unique to your site.

    As you’ve already ruled out any plugins on your site being the issue here, the next step is to see if your active theme is causing this issue.

    Try switching your theme to a WordPress default theme like twenty seventeen, and see if the issue resolves. If so, you’ve found the culprit.

    There are times where third-party themes remove important files that are shipped with WordPress or add incompatible files which can result in issues like this. We’ve seen this before, and usually getting in touch with whoever developed the theme for you can get you back up and running.

    I disabled all plugins besides givewp and activated the twenty seventeen theme,
    Still keep getting the same error.

    I found the problem.
    Turns out for some reason I had a space in the admin Email which was giving the error (since GIVE was reading the admin email for the settings).
    I fixed the admin email and it is now working fine.
