Cannot update forms

  • I have had a long standing problem with the form builder. I created a profile form different from the default one along with a matching registration form. Once I create a form, I cannot modify it. I can change fields and select options but once I save it, changes don’t show on the user side. It seems to hold the changes on the back end, but those dont translate over to the client side.

    What would cause this? I have tried a conflict test with no resolution. Running latest version of wordpress and the plug in.

    Hi @cory1848,

    Do you have a caching plugin or server side caching active e.g. Memcached, Varnish cache or Cloudflare etc.? Some hosting providers can also use severe caching.
    Please try excluding Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.

    No caching plug ins active client side and server side does not offer caching.
