Cannot update or download new plugins after transfer to live host

    I created the website on xampp on a localhost, then transferred the website to the client’s hosting online. Now any time i try to download or update plugins, It wont let me and i’m getting errors.

    I’m getting this kind of error:

    Warning: unlink(/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/apps/wordpress/tmp/magic-liquidizer-responsive-table-z9v9d8.tmp) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in /home/embroid7/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 493
    Download failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable.

    How can I fix this issue? (In simplest terms possible, please!!)
