Cannot update plugins wordpress 3.5.1

  • I have 5 plugins that are installed but none are currently activated. I tried to install a new one today and was not able to, and then I did some testing and found I am unable to update any plugins, either. I get various errors. I’ve searched the issue and found a few threads on that related to wordpress 3.5. but I am running 3.5.1

    I am on a windows server, IIS6

    Examples:
    trying to update W3 Total Cache, I get the following error:
