We were unable to write to ~/wp-content/wflogs/ which the WAF uses for storage. Please update permissions on the parent directory so the web server can write to it.

Cannot update the rules it gives this error

  • Hey @ceyhunyildiz,

Can you please delete the wflogs directory and let it regenerate itself to see if it helps? It will typically regenerate within 30 minutes.

Also, once it has regenerated can you please check the permissions on it?

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

Thank you, fixed it by asking for support to my hosting company. Permissions were changed somehow and they fixed it.

    Hey @ceyhunyildiz,

Thanks for the update, and happy to hear you were able to sort this out.

Please do let us know if anything else comes up.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
