Cannot update to 6.1.1

I am trying to update to the latest version of wordpress but on the dashboard it is showing: You can update from WordPress 6.0.3 to WordPress 5.9 manually.

The site is currently on 6.0.3 and is only giving me the option to “update” to 5.9 which is a regression. Has anyone seen this before?
