Cannot update Venues add-on

I cannot access Venues to update them (it tells me I do not have permission). I understand that I need to update the Venue add-on from 1.1.0 to a later version to do this.

I purchased Core+ and Front End submission last May (including Venues) ([email protected]), but there is no record of this now when I log in to your website, and furthermore the add-on will not update from the WP dashboard.

I therefore cannot update this add-on (and maybe others?) – could my purchases be restore to the website with download links as before so I can rectify this, or the automatic updating be fixed?

I have posted on an existing thread about this before, and spoken to Bradley about it, but hope that perhaps a new topic will help!
