Cannot upload images!!

Okay people,.. what in God’s name have you done to the Next Gen process?? I have been screwing with trying to upload one lousy photo from a gallery for two hours!! The plugin wasn’t broke,.. and you didn’t fix it. Please shoot me step by step instructions on how to upload a photo,.. OR,.. if you cannot do that tell me how to rollback away from this crap I have going on now. I’ve wasted an afternoon trying to do something that should have taken me 5 minutes to do!!
