• Hi,

i am using WordPress version 3.8.2 and NextGEN Gallery version 2.0.61

when i want to upload an image and i click on Start upload, then the entry of the image gives a !-icon. After e few seconds this entry disappears and i got a message “Upload complete – 0 images were uploaded”.
    No other error message.

In previous versions of WordPress and NextGEN Gallery everything worked fine. After update not anymore.

    Please help ?

My site has been unable to update for days now. Please need help on this issue.

@paulpluto Are you using the WordPress default permalinks?
If yes, try to set them to something else, as “postname” or “month-name”.
If this isn’t your case you have to give much informations, as server configuration (you can find it in “Overview” page), images size, etc.

Permalinks was already set to Day & Name. I changed it around but it had no effect.

@jeffjdjmedia – Your issue, although similar, is most likely different from the OP and as such you should create your own topic rather than try to take over this one.

    Thanks!
