• Hi

I have a problem with uploading images through the MailPoet editor – I select an image for upload and it just hangs, never completing the upload. I guess it’s a permission related issue – I’ve tried changing the wp-content/uploads/wysija folder permission to 775 in line with the FAQ but I still have the same issue.

    Please assist.

    Thanks – David

  • We’ll need you to enable MailPoet Debug mode on the Settings page > Advanced tab > Geeky options link. Select the last option. Save your settings and try to upload an image again. If there’s an error, it should show up.

    Let us know then!

    Hi

I enabled Debug Mode and received the following debug data when I clicked on Add Images / Upload

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/domainremoved.co.uk/httpdocs/new/wp-content/plugins/fooboxV2/foobox.php on line 116 Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/domainremoved.co.uk/httpdocs/new/wp-content/plugins/fooboxV2/foobox.php on line 117 Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/domainremoved.co.uk/httpdocs/new/wp-content/plugins/promotion-slider/index.php on line 146 Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/domainremoved.co.uk/httpdocs/new/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop_module_class.php on line 1240 Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/domainremoved.co.uk/httpdocs/new/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop_module_class.php on line 1240 Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/domainremoved.co.uk/httpdocs/new/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop_module_class.php on line 1240

Please advise if this suggests the souirce of my issues – or whehter it’s likely to be permission related.

    Thanks – David
